How it works
When a task is marked complete, CropBuddy stores the completion together with the assignees, the completion notes and the material quantities that were confirmed. The field detail view lists that history so you can see what happened on a parcel, and you can download it as a CSV file to open in a spreadsheet or hand on to your accountant or advisor.

What does CropBuddy cost right now?
The current public beta is free and no payment card is required. The planned subscription is $24.99 USD/month for 5 users, plus $1.99 USD/month for each additional user. Paid subscriptions are not available yet, and there is no launch date. Any future paid subscription requires explicit opt-in.
What exactly is recorded?
Completed tasks with their date, assignees, completion notes and the material quantities confirmed at completion, plus harvest entries added to storage. CropBuddy does not record every interface action.
Can I export my records?
Yes. A field's work history can be downloaded as a CSV file.
Are these records suitable for an official inspection?
CropBuddy is a farm operations tool, not a certification system. We do not claim the records meet any specific audit or certification requirement — check what your scheme requires before relying on them.
