- Field & Crop Records — Record each field with its crop, area in hectares and status, and review the work history recorded against it.
- Task Scheduling — Create farm tasks with dates, priority and type, assign them to your team and view them by day, week or month.
- Team Management — Invite colleagues by email, give them an Owner, Manager or Worker role and assign tasks to them.
- Equipment Scheduling — Keep a list of your machines with their status, attach them to tasks and get a warning when two tasks want the same machine on the same day.
- Inventory & Storage — Track seeds, fertilisers, chemicals, fuel and harvested crops with quantities in kilograms, litres or tonnes, and deduct materials when a task is completed.
- Field Mapping — Outline field boundaries on satellite imagery and let CropBuddy calculate the area in hectares from the shape you draw.
- Farm Weather — Current conditions plus hourly and daily forecasts for your farm location, with condition warnings generated from the forecast values.
- Work History & Export — Review completed work with the materials confirmed at completion, and export a field's work history as CSV.
- Irrigation Task Planning — Create irrigation tasks, assign them, repeat them on a schedule and check the forecast in the app before you decide.
- Harvest to Storage — Log a harvested quantity with its unit and storage location so your current stock stays up to date.
