How it works
Add your tractors, sprayers, harvesters and implements as equipment records with a type, a status you maintain and free-text notes. When you attach equipment to a task, CropBuddy checks the other tasks that use the same machine and warns you if one of them falls on the same date, so you can move the work before the crew is in the field.

What does CropBuddy cost right now?
The current public beta is free and no payment card is required. Future pricing and plan limits are not final yet, so we don't promise a permanent free tier.
How does the conflict check work?
The check is per calendar date. When you attach a machine to a task, CropBuddy looks for other tasks using that machine on the same due date and warns you. It does not compare hour-by-hour time windows.
What can I record for a machine?
A name, a type, a status you set and notes. CropBuddy does not currently keep a structured service or maintenance history.
Can I plan servicing?
You can create a normal recurring task for servicing and attach the machine to it.
