How it works
Start with a task name and due date, choose the type and priority, then link a field and assign one or more people if needed. Time is optional. Open Details & resources for instructions, equipment, materials, subtasks or repeat rules; you do not need to configure them for every job. Daily, weekly and monthly recurrence are available. Equipment checks warn about another booking on the same date. Review the completed task and its confirmed materials when the work is done.

What does CropBuddy cost right now?
The current public beta is free and no payment card is required. The planned subscription is $24.99 USD/month for 5 users, plus $1.99 USD/month for each additional user. Paid subscriptions are not available yet, and there is no launch date. Any future paid subscription requires explicit opt-in.
Can several workers be assigned to one task?
Yes. A task can have more than one assignee, and subtasks can be used to break the job into steps.
What recurrence options exist?
Daily, weekly and monthly recurrence with an interval, and an end after a number of repeats or on a chosen date.
Does CropBuddy work without an internet connection?
No. CropBuddy is a web application and needs a connection to load and save data.
