How it works
Farm owners invite people from the Team page. Managers plan and assign farm work. Workers can create tasks for themselves and view, edit and complete their own work, including tasks assigned to them; they cannot see another worker's tasks. Start with one useful job and add the rest of the crew when needed. CropBuddy coordinates field work, not payroll or HR records.

What does CropBuddy cost right now?
The current public beta is free and no payment card is required. The planned subscription is $24.99 USD/month for 5 users, plus $1.99 USD/month for each additional user. Paid subscriptions are not available yet, and there is no launch date. Any future paid subscription requires explicit opt-in.
Which roles does CropBuddy support?
Owner (farm administrator), Manager (plan and assign work, manage farm data) and Worker (complete assigned work). Role restrictions are enforced server-side.
How do team members join my farm?
The farm owner sends an invitation from the Team page using the person's email address. They receive an email to join the existing farm team.
Can I see completed work per person?
Completed tasks record who was assigned and any completion notes, so you can review finished work by person. CropBuddy does not keep a log of every interface action.
