How it works
Add the people who work on your farm and give each of them a role. Owners administer the farm, Managers plan and assign work and manage farm data, and Workers see and complete the work assigned to them. Permissions are enforced in the database, not only in the interface, so a Worker cannot reach data their role does not allow.

What does CropBuddy cost right now?
The current public beta is free and no payment card is required. Future pricing and plan limits are not final yet, so we don't promise a permanent free tier.
Which roles does CropBuddy support?
Owner (farm administrator), Manager (plan and assign work, manage farm data) and Worker (complete assigned work). Role restrictions are enforced server-side.
How do team members join my farm?
You send them an invitation from the team page using their email address. They receive an email with the details needed to sign in.
Can I see completed work per person?
Completed tasks record who was assigned and any completion notes, so you can review finished work by person. CropBuddy does not keep a log of every interface action.
